Note to Photobucket:
When your new layout makes me scream profanities at my screen repeatedly, your new layout is not a f***ing improvement.
Imagine your OTP
Fighting side by side and looking badass in all their glory.
Erm. Wait. No, babies, I don’t think that’s exactly-
Okay, much better. :-)

Superboy, Wonder Girl and Kid Flash are my best friends.
Once a Teen Titan, always a Teen Titan, right?
LOOK AT THAT SMILE.
This is everything I want for Tim for his birthday, you know? I’m just a sucker for seeing him happy. He’s lost so much and he’s been hurt so many times, and he was in a bad place for so, so long, he deserves to finally be happy. And it warms my heart when he actually gets to have that, which is all too rarely.
I ship Tim/happiness above anything else, really.

“It was wonderful to sit with her head on my shoulder for hours and feel as I always have, even now, closer to her than to any other human being. And I wouldn’t mind a bit if in a few years Zelda and I could snuggle up together under a stone in some old graveyard here. That is really a happy thought and not melancholy at all.”

“I feel like DC demoted Barbara Gordon and Dick Grayson in the reboot.”
Especially after her talk about being happy in her new life - that it may even be better. That she doesn’t want to go back. It’s like forcing her to eat her words. And that just isn’t right.
^ THIS. How hard is it to understand that Babs liked being Oracle? Sure, she missed being able to walk and use her legs in other ways, but being Batgirl? I honestly think she had zero interest in ever going back to being Batgirl. Seriously. NONE. She’d moved so far beyond that role, it’s ridiculous.
Also, sometimes after I’ve finished ranting about the million and one other ways that the reboot shafted characters I love, I remember that these two have had their entire romantic history erased. And then I just want to cry.
The only good thing about this is that Nightwing Annual #2 is no longer canon. That is literally the only good thing about any of this.

Perhaps fifty percent of our friends and relations will tell you in good faith that it was my drinking that drove Zelda mad, and the other half would assure you that it was her madness that drove me to drink. Neither of these judgments means much of anything. These two groups of friends and relations would be unanimous in saying that each of us would have been much better off without the other. The irony is that we have never been more in love with each other in all our lives. She loves the alcohol on my lips. I cherish her most extravagant hallucinations. In the end, nothing really had much importance. We destroyed ourselves. But in all honesty, I never thought we destroyed each other.

Oh god. Excuse me while I just go off sobbing forever.
This is PERFECT. Perfect (but heartbreaking) headcanon, right there.

Can’t we just officially declare Nightwing Annual #2 an Elseworld?
Or something. Just make it go away. Honestly, I don’t care how, just make it go awaaaaay.
