This is so much better than DC’s official re-design. As much as I liked her old costume, if you’re going to cover PG up, this is the way to do it. (I also really dig the cape!)
I actually really like this redesign for PG. I still think the top looks a bit wardrobe malfunction-prone (I don’t care about showing skin so much as I care about practicality), but it’s not too bad, and the rest is PERFECT. It’s simple, it’s classic, and it keeps the spirit of her old look while making it a bit less ridiculous (and I’m sorry, guys, the boob window was ridiculous). They should totally have gone with this instead of the look she’s sporting right now.

I love Starfire very much but I’m not a fan of her almost-naked outfit (especially since I saw the DCnU version) mostly because I can’t wrap around my head the idea that someone - even an alien - would actually wear something like that in battle, so I redesigned it a little (very little as you can see).
Yes, I used Beyonce as reference.
Everything is amazing! I love the kneepads, the hair, the little bits of skin exposed on the forearms, and I especially love the fact that Beyonce was used as a reference. There can be no other.
I didn’t mind Kory’s original 52 outfit, since she’s made her stance clear on how she views clothes/nudity/etc, but I hate her DCnU outfit especially since it blurs those previously established lines and it just feels like a overly sexualized version of Kory without the personality and character behind it. Ahem.
I love this so much. Her hair is perfection and I adore the outfit. It feels fit for a warrior while also keeping true with Kory’s sensibilities (she’s a confident sexy woman she likes to be sexy but for herself) this feels HER. I love that.
Gorgeous. Gorgeous, gorgeous, gorgeous.
I really like the redesigned costume, too, although I still wish it had more support on top (I’m always wondering how her costumes stay on).
But otherwise this is PERFECT. Look at her stunning hair, look at her confidence, look at her CURVES! See, guys, it is possible to be curvy but still have a realistic body!

Worlds’ Finest #1 cover by George Perez
Looks like Helena was Robin on Earth-2. I thought she’d be Batgirl or Batwoman.
SHE USED TO BE A ROBIN? OH MY GOD???
THIS CHANGES EVERYTHING
Okay. There is so much happening in this cover that it is impossible NOT to be excited.
I seriously think the thing that thrills me most, tho, is KAREN. KAREN, BABY. YOU DID AWAY WITH THE BOOB WINDOW, HOLY SHIT. YOU DON’T EVEN KNOW HOW HAPPY I AM TO SEE THAT INEXPLICABLE EYESORE GONE.
YESSSSSS! *fistpump of joy* I love PG’s redesign! SO MUCH BETTER!!
I like the idea of Helena having been Robin! Very cool!
But most of all… a book centered around two strong and lovable heroines, focusing on their friendship? Yes please.
Awesome cover, too.

So I found through the Tumblr grapevine that @m-azing had the awesome idea: “What if Tangled was set in India?” and then @rghayati drew it, and I loved it so much I needed to draw my own. I will now forever be disappointed that this version of Tangled doesn’t exist.
also making links on Tumblr, how do they work
Fuck yeah, I really want this version of Tangled. It’d be completely amazing.
Also, great, great artwork! ♥
I wouldn’t mind watching this version of the movie. And is it just me or does she looks like Solstice from Teen Titans comic?
OMG, I hadn’t noticed. It definetely isn’t just you, she kinda does look like Solstice! ♥
First of all: This is flipping GORGEOUS, and yes, I would so totally watch this version of Tangled!
And secondly: She absolutely looks like Solstice. It’s the first thing I thought of when I saw the picture.
