Okay so I’ve been looking at Teen Titan fancasts all day and everyone Rose Wilson I came across were all white actresses. (And like I get it sometimes it’s hard to tell with Rose because it’s never ever mentioned but she is half Cambodian) So I’ve picked a few actresses I thought could play Rose well. (With a white wig and eye patch of course

I am loving these choices to play live action Rose

Does anyone remember Ravager? She was the first person to ever get along with Damian in the Teen Titans.

Rose and Damian were legitimately my favorite thing about this Titans run.

Day 9 - Non-Canon Pairing You Ship

Rose Wilson/Ravager & Bart Allen/Impulse/Kid Flash/The Flash

This question was klnda tough for me, as I tend to be an overall very canon shipper. I considered doing Donna Troy and Jason Todd, but Sara already did an awesome photoset for them for this meme, and besides, I have mixed feelings on them.

So, Bart and Rose. I suppose they’re canon-ish, being that Bart canonically had a crush on her, and they did end up together in an alternate future. (I evidently fail at being a non-canon shipper, LOL.)

I wouldn’t want them together now or anything (well, “now” in the pre-reboot universe), since I don’t think either of them is really mature enough yet (and besides, artists have a tendency to draw Bart looking so young that I’d feel like a pedophile shipping him with anyone in the here and now, even though there’s technically nothing wrong with it) and both of their characters would have to develop quite a bit before I think they could succeed as a couple. But in the future? Yeah, I can see it. I love their friendship, and I love how Bart was one of the few people who believed in Rose even when the rest of the Titans thought she was bad news. They’ve both had a problem with being misunderstood and underestimated by their teammates, really.

IDK. They’re not one of my absolute OTPs or anything, but yeah, I like these two.

(Also, in case anyone was wondering who the person Rose thinks is almost as cute as Bart is, it’s Tim.)

Their friendship was totally the best thing to come out of Damian’s run with the Titans. Their personalities just played off each other so well. They understood each other, you know? Probably better than most people out there understand them.

And look! Damian actually acting like a normal person*/kid! Bantering! Admitting Rose is right! Offering a truce! Willingly engaging in friendly physical contact with another human being! I’M SO PROUD OF YOU BB.

*Normal by Damian standards, anyway. My standards for Damian are low. He works best with other kids who aren’t exactly “normal”, like Rose and Colin.
